KM-1键混器的设计
摘要
随着广播电视业的飞速发展,观众的欣赏水平也日益提高,对电视节目的整体质量,提出了更新、更高的要求。显然,传统的台标字幕串接方式,已经无法满足电视的高技术指标要求。本设计基于KM-1键混器的设计。把字幕机、台标机、时标广告机的信号并联在键混器上,就可以很好的解决上述问题。
本文介绍了以AT89C2051和X5O45构成单片机控制系统, EL4390、GT4123和LM1881把字幕机、台标机、时标广告机的信号叠加起来,通过MAX232进行串行通信,由控制上键或下键来控制信号的传输。
通过此设计,本人了解了电视台的视频信号是如何播出的,键混器在电视播出系统中的作用。键混器可以成功的解决一些中小电视台播出系统中就出现这个问题,因此它有很好的发展前景。

With the fully speed development of the broadcast and television industry, the comprehensive and appreciation level of the audiences improve day by day too, which put the whole quality of the TV programmer forward upgrading. Obviously, the traditional station symbol subtitle connects the way can't meet the high technical indicator requirement for the TV. Originally the design based on KM-1 key mixed Amplifier. Film titler, station symbol, when mark by signal of advertisement connecting in parallel at keying at the mixed Amplifier, can well solve above-mentioned problems.
The introduction to this text forms the control system of the one-chip computer with AT89C2051 and X5045, it is film titler, station symbol machine inEL4390, GT4123 and LM1881, when mark there aren't signal of advertisement, carry on serial communication through MAX232, is it have key or lay key come transmission of control signal to control.
Through this design, I have understood how the video signal of the TV station broadcast, role in system of broadcasting of TV of the key mixed Amplifier. The key mixed Amplifier who can successful settlement some medium and small TV station broadcast system present this problem, so it has a very good development prospect.
